How to make a return ?
From your account in the "My Orders" section, click on "View details" then click on the "Make a return" button. Select the reason for your return and include your certificate of authenticity as well as your delivery note in your parcel.
At the Workshop
Via your customer account, download the return form then send it along with the item and the certificate of authenticity to the workshop address indicated. Click here
In store
Return your product to the store where you purchased it with your invoice and the certificate of authenticity.
What are the conditions for returning your item ?
1- New in its original condition: must not have been worn beyond trying on and must show no damage or alteration.
2- Returned in its original packaging accompanied by its certificate of authenticity and delivery note.
3- Free of any personalized inscription or engraving.
How to get a refund
If your parcel meets the return conditions, Perleyi will refund the full amount of your order, excluding return shipping costs. You may also bring your order back to the store, accompanied by your invoice (accessible from the My Account section), having previously submitted your return request on the website.
