    Would you like to resize your bracelet ? We add or remove beads according to your measurements, free of charge.

    A scratched or chipped bead? We replace it with an identical bead subject to available stock.

Simple and quick, here is how we proceed to get your bracelet looking as good as new.

    Contact us before sending

    Describe the issue via our Repair Form. We will confirm feasibility within 48 hours.

    Send your bracelet + the certificate of authenticity

    After our validation, carefully package your bracelet and be sure to include the certificate of authenticity provided in your original box. Without this document, no repair can be carried out. Shipping costs are at your expense, we recommend sending with tracking.

    Workshop Repair

    Our craftsmen take care of your bracelet and carry out the repair within 5 to 10 business days upon receipt.

    Return to you

    Your bracelet is sent back to you carefully packaged. Return shipping costs are at your expense and will be communicated to you before dispatch.

The certificate of authenticity is mandatory

Every shipment must be accompanied by the certificate of authenticity for your bracelet, provided in your original Perleyi box. This document allows us to verify that the bracelet is indeed a Perleyi creation and to ensure the traceability of your jewelry.

In the absence of this certificate, we will unfortunately not be able to carry out the repair and the bracelet will be returned to you at your expense.

Have you misplaced your certificate? Contact us with your order number and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping costs are at the customer's expense

Shipping to our workshop: the shipping costs for sending your bracelet to our Nice workshop are entirely at your expense. We strongly recommend sending with tracking or by registered mail to guarantee the safe receipt of your jewelry. Perleyi cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring during outbound transport.

Return to your home: the delivery costs for returning your repaired bracelet are also at your expense. The amount will be communicated to you before any dispatch, and payment is made online in a secure manner.
