What is your return policy?
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned and you simply want your money back. Rest assured, as long as an item is still in its original condition, you can return it free of charge, subject to the rules below, which include a clause on fair use. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.
You have 28 days to return an item for a refund from the date your parcel is delivered or the date your order is ready for collection at your chosen store or collection point. We will refund you using the payment method you used. Please note that if your order is delivered to a relay point, the return period starts from the delivery of your order by our partner, not from the date you collect your order.
We do our best to refund you within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
If you request a refund for an item within the above timeframe but are unable to return it for any reason, please contact us. However, any refund will be at our discretion. Remember, even if the item you wish to return was shipped from a warehouse different from the one normally serving your country, the return process remains the same.
For customers residing in overseas territories, if you return an item within 28 days of delivery to your home or relay point for a refund, we will fully refund you using the payment method used to place your order. If you return an item for a refund between 29 and 45 days after delivery to your home or relay point, we will issue you a PERLEYI gift voucher for an amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item.
What happens after the deadline?
We do not accept returns of unwanted items after the corresponding return period above. If you attempt to make a return, we may be forced to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the shipping costs.
PERLEYI or a PERLEYI partner brand will inspect all returns. The return policy for orders sold by a PERLEYI partner brand is at the brand's discretion. In order to be fully refunded, all returned items must be unworn/unused and in the same condition as when you received them. In addition to their original packaging, all tags must be attached.
Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure to obtain proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. We are not responsible for items returned to us in error.
Fair Use
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns, we may be forced to deactivate your account and all associated accounts. If you believe we have made a mistake, please contact customer service and we will be happy to discuss this with you.
Would you like to exchange an item?
We do not accept exchanges. If you would like an item in a different size or color, you will need to return the item in question and place a new order.
